John Kevin O'Connor, MD

John Kevin O’Connor, M.D. has established Radiosurgery Specialists to provide highly specialized care for patients seeking treatment with Stereotactic Radiosurgery. Prior to joining the medical staff at Baylor University Medical Center, Dr. O’Connor was an assistant professor in Radiation Oncology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He was also an attending physician at Charity Hospital and the New Orleans Veterans Administration.

Dr. O’Connor is trained in all aspects of radiation oncology. He specializes in both intracranial and extracranial radiosurgery using both the GammaKnife and CyberKnife technologies.
